Florida State has not been the same since winning the national championship in 2013. Since 2013, the logo was changed an so were the uniforms. Why? Feel like Florida State was trying to do too much. There was nothing wrong with our uniforms when they decided to change them. Our uniforms now don’t look like real Florida State football. Since they decided to change the number outline this past season going into this season, we looked more like Boston College than FSU. Clemson has won a couple national championships an so has Alabama over the past few years and they’re logo and they’re uniforms didn’t change. Ohio State won the national championship in 2014 an there’s didn’t change either. The spears on our helmets are so computer based, the old spears on our helmets looked more like a tribal spear then ones we have now. Our Florida State dominance revolved around our uniforms and logo from the 80’s and 90’s and 2000’s. Head Coach Mike Norvell is working on getting our team back to being dominant, and I feel like us fans have to do our part and support our university and maintain our tradition and culture. I love my team regardless what happens and always will. We’re still Florida State and we’re in this together.
