June 2013 a REPEATED 56 yo Sex Offender, abducted an 8 yo child, Cherish Perrywinkle, from a Florida Walmart Store.  Surveillance video shows chilling moments before 8-year-old girl was kidnapped and murdered.  Smith, who is a registered sex offender had just been released from jail a month prior after serving time on felony charges of child abuse. Current Florida law requires almost unanimous vote for approval of death penalty under which Donald Smith can walk again. DO NOT let this guy see another day light ever again and harm or murder another child. THIS PETITION IS FOR A DEATH PENALTY FOR DONALD SMITH.  EVERY VOTE COUNTS!!!
