Bounce House Safety "Inflatable Structures"

Bounce House Safety "Inflatable Structures"
Le problème
Being a father of two children seeing these frequent tragedies occurring around the world. I was compelled to come up with a unique solution to assist in protecting children from bodily injury or death caused by runaway inflatable devices.
Inflatable structures such as bounce houses or other occupant inflatable structures have large surface areas that catches the wind causing the inflatable structure to be displaced.
These structures can travel a considerable distance, and then drop abruptly, in some cases the inflatable structure may be carried into the path of traffic, power lines or in contact with other potentially dangerous locations.
High winds can cause tie-down lines to break or anchors to fail leaving the inflatable structure at the mercy of the wind.
According to the Child Injury Prevention Alliance the number of injuries from inflatable bounce houses has skyrocketed over the last 20 years to more than 30 children injured each day, about one every 45 minutes, and some of the injuries were severe or even fatal.
This exemplary automatic inflatable structure deflation system comprises of a seal feature to seal a cover panel over the deflation opening and to the outside surface of the inflatable structure.
User’s then tie lines to the cover panels and then connect the other ends to the interlocking galvanized plates to enable it to automatically deflate when it is lifted by the wind. It’s like having a "seat belt".
Manufactures can easily introduce this invention to their existing designs. This invention includes a retrofit kit having all the necessary components to convert existing inflatable structures.
In my research I found that the manufactures take the safety laws and standards seriously and liked my invention but did not want to incorporate this into their production builds until this invention technology becomes law.
One businessman told me that the children’s injuries and deaths were insignificant compared to injuries and deaths from automobile accidents. I didn’t understand why this comparison. I feel that any injuries and deaths are significant!
The EN14960 Safety Standard needs to have this invention added or appended to it.
This is a 20-year US and International Patent. US 10357723
