We live along BULLFROG CREEK RD.  We not only have a road that is abused by speeding COUNTY school buses and COUNTY work trucks of all size.   This road is deemed " NO VEHICLES OVER 2 AXLE".  However, I have yet to witness one truck stopped.  The road is badly neglected with 100's of patches and the road is broken in the middle of the lane with grass. Every time a school bus speeds by at over 60 mph it sounds like a bomb going off in my house because of all the patches. The entire neighborhood has to deal with speeding cars, illegal trucks, dangerous conditions and noise.   

I also am very passionate about this because we have a home along that road. The builder Suarez Homes was our builder and the subject to a Channel 8 News Investigation for construction issues. Biggest issue is like all my neighbors is my entire home of tile is all lose.  Robert Suarez has not only NEVER fixed our floors he also has been allowed by the STATE OF FLORIDA to continuously change business names to get around losing his license.  Hillsborough County for years has turned their heads to this builders practices.  So while we continue to live on bad broken floors and live with the HORRIBLE road conditions and traffic, many days we would like to sell our home but we cant until the STATE OF FLORIDA hold builders responsible.  Until that day I invite everyone that lives in Hillsborough County to speak up about how your tax money is spent. Stop letting all OUR money going to Tampa or the areas that don't need help.  SIGN this Petition ! 

After a year of documenting in this area and it is a matter of time before more neighbors lose their homes due to illegal CDD activity that Hillsborough County continues to turn their head to questionable builder and developer practices or A CHILD IS KILLED WALKING ON THIS ROAD WITH NO SIDE WALKS AND WALKING BIG BEND!!!  there is over 600 more homes ready to be built and a new charter school a mile away. NO ROAD IMPROVEMENTS HAVE BEEN DONE.  I have video of children walking in weeds with speeding cars , dangerous ruts in rainy conditions and many more videos.  County school bus uses this road and they are traveling WAY over the 45 mph speed limit. I was almost HIT HEAD ON BY A BUS THAT CROSSED MY LANE.  ON VIDEO! 

Hillsborough county turns a blind eye and while we continue to live in one of the counties wit the HIGHEST PROPERTY TAXES RATES IN THE UNITED STATES. While WE continue to pay HIGH TAXES and CDD FEES, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY is packing more homes and more businesses, YET our roads and traffic are badly in need of attention.  Look around, take notice of how little infrastructure development is being done.  Look at the accident reports for this area.  Watch your taxes increase and yet your child might be one of the many children walking on busy roads instead of sidewalks. STOP HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY and NO NEW HOMES until our community roads are fixed.

We need EVERYONE to email our new Governor Ron DeSantis at the link below and tell him that we want our streets fixed.  NOT 100's of patches.. We want sidewalks for our children.  Tell Governor Ron DeSantis that we don't need more homes here.  Tell Governor Ron DeSantis we want CDD laws enforced. Tell Governor Ron DeSantis that you want to use your home and expect the Sheriffs Department to enforce laws of speeding.  Tell Governor Ron DeSantis what you want for your family.
