The PDA rule is too strict. 

I understand that it is needed, but it is stated that "prolonged hugging" isn't allowed, it also states a simple peck on the cheek or lips isn't allowed either, it states that this makes people uncomfortable, but isn't the school supposed to be preparing us for our adult lives? If we're protected from something so harmless we'll never get used to it, which with make getting used to it in the future much more difficult. 

The short way of saying it is we need to make a simple peck kiss and prolonged hugging allowed.
