Fix the Verizon Wireless Samsung Galaxy S3 "no SIM" error
The Issue
Verizon Wireless customers need a fix for this issue. We can't make phone calls, or text because our Samsung Galaxy S3's lose connectivity to Verizon's network. With no resolution, or updates in site, many customers' devices are rendered useless.
After several attempts to replace SIM cards, updating the latest firmware, and restoring to factory defaults, our phones continue to display the "no SIM" message. What is Verizon and Samsung doing to rectify the customers who have waited for the firmware update but continue to experience these issues?
