However, under the mismanagement of the current managing partner, that foundation is crumbling.

For months now, we have witnessed firsthand the detrimental effects this new partner has imposed on our operations. Employees live in fear and unbearable stress due to unrealistic demands and a complete disregard for work-life balance. Morale has plummeted as job satisfaction is replaced by insecurity and anxiety. Consequently, productivity has decreased, impacting the quality of service our customers receive and thus tarnishing the store's reputation.

Under this partner's leadership, sales have dropped significantly. Customer complaints are at an all-time high, reflecting dissatisfaction caused by policies that have prioritized profits over the quality of service and the community spirit we’ve cherished.

Overwhelming evidence, documented through emails, receipts, and firsthand accounts, reveals financial discrepancies that have gone unanswered. They are taking money from servers living table to table to pay employees that are not even here or forcing them to do hourly jobs with no hourly pay. This negligence not only threatens our livelihood but also the livelihood of countless families who depend on this store for their survival.

We're sending out a clarion call to the higher management of our organization: intervene for the betterment of our store and community. We strongly urge an immediate investigation into the practices of this managing partner and advocate for their prompt removal. This step is crucial to restore the trust, profitability, and community focus that have always been the hallmark of our beloved establishment.  Our most loved managers were completely overlooked in order to move someone in who has done nothing but destroy what they spent decades building.
