I, along with several students, have recently had some problems with the availability of Crossroads. As of late, the Crossroads Grubhub menu is rarely functional past 8 pm. I open up the app and the restaurants are displayed as being open, but I am unable to see the menus or place any orders. With the dining halls closed at 8 PM as well, access to food past 8 PM is slim. For the amount of money that first-years alone pay for their meal plans, the lack of functional service is unacceptable. 

All I ask is for Croads to be open until its actual closing, 10:45. Whether this means fixing the Grubhub app or introducing an alternative infrastructure for placing orders is up to the UVA Dine staff.
