Covid shut down and drained the man made pond that we all grew up at in Pomfret. I before covid along with I'm sure many others brought out kids there to enjoy at well. Now because it has been shut down for so long and the state never maintained the structures they all need to be replaced in order to refill. But the state has no plans on replacing or refilling it back up. This petition is to hopefully put the fire underneath to get them to replace and refill for us to enjoy. It's such a perfect spot for all ages. I for one thought it was perfect spot last minute locally to jump in at on a hot day.

Don't let it go to waste!
