I’ve thrown out a proposal on my local community Facebook page and received a ton of positive feedback and support for a Five Below location to come to Greenfield, Indiana with the perfect location in mind!

It would be located right next door to our city’s only Dollar Tree at 1659 N State St. There is a vacant building in an already well established strip in the heart of our city. This building has housed many discount clothing retailers in the past such as Marshall’s, Goody’s, and Gordmans. 

Majority of the city believe a Five Below would FLOURISH in our community and is much needed. It is also perfect that it would be located adjacent to a Dollar Tree! It would be a one stop shop for many who park in that lot to visit both stores in one trip. 

Greenfield, Indiana is projected to be the fastest growing city in Hancock county over the next 5 years. We have just opened an Amazon distribution center this year and are also breaking ground on the largest Walmart distribution center in the nation in 2021! Housing developments and new apartment complexes are being planned and built at a pace almost too rapid to keep up with!

This would be the perfect opportunity for growth of revenue as a company. It could be one of the most successful and profitable locations in the state of Indiana. 

Please present this proposal to your higher ups and research team to conclude if this location and city would be the perfect investment we (Greenfield) already know it will be!
