This is to petition the town so the public can race and trap speeds up Jerome Avenue on Tuesdays at 2pm. We will shutdown Jerome Ave between Southbridge St and Hampton St. We will set up a laser break-beam approximately at the bottom of the hill and then approximately at Newton Street. This gives vehicles the ability to slow down before Hampton St. This we be “winner takes all” style event. $10 per pass and the winner takes half the “pot” the other half will be donated to a charity of their choice. Winner will also get their picture posted on the road side until the following week.

We are expecting to run approx. every 30secs.  to 1 min. up the street for 3hrs this will bring in revenue of approx$2500 which will be split between winner and charity. Per week.
