As of the 6th of September 2015 first bus has made changes to bus time tables and routes. These have seen a lot of negative feedback with in Southampton and it's easy to see why. The 12 being dropped from Townhill makes it difficult for parents to get there children to school. The 5 being removed from service means that people who have a first bus ticket will need to pay for a bluestar to get to that destination. The 13 being made hourly and cuts off early makes it difficult to attend appointments and get home from work. On top of that and extra bus has been given to Thornhill that's not needed. And Lordshill still have 3 first bus services alone. I know I'm not the only one who thinks the way it was before wasn't perfect. But was a big improvement to the changes we are seeing.

13 - Buses changed from every 20 minutes to 1 an hour and stopping at 8. And no longer goes through Merryoak

12 - Service no longer runs through Townhill or Northam

9 - No longer runs on Sundays and extended route 

8 - No longer runs late 

5 - No service at all meaning people have to pay extra for a Bluestar ticket 

1 - Now every 30 minutes 

These new services have been terrible so far. Buses can not keep to schedule and drivers are getting a lot of abuse for something out of their control. I have seen people left at stops without knowing about the changes and having to wait ages for the next (If it arrives). These are costing people more money and making people miss out on so much and is not right.
