As a deeply concerned student and supporter of Northern Michigan University, it pains me to see our football team suffering a continuous 16-game losing streak under the current coach. Our team's morale is at rock bottom with no indication of improvement in sight. The persistence of this losing streak is a reflection of the coach's inability to properly guide and motivate the team towards victory. Our beloved university is reputed for its excellence in various fields, and it is disheartening to witness such a stark contrast on the football field. We strongly believe in the potential of our athletes and are convinced that with effective guidance and coaching, our team can break the losing streak. Hence, we implore the University Administration to kindly hear our plea for change. We request the dismissal of the current football coach and the appointment of a capable successor who can lead our team to success. This change is crucial not only for the reputation of our university but also for the morale of our football team and its supporters.
