Todd Bowles has been a terrible coach since he was hired by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and has gotten worse and worse throughout his tenure by not adjusting his scheme, lacking motivation and refusing to be creative in literally any way. it's time we face this truth to ensure a brighter future for our beloved team. As a long-standing supporter of the Buccaneers, it pains me to witness the same mistakes and lackluster performance week after week. The passion I have for the team compels me to voice out that we deserve a head coach who can take us back to the winning culture that with the talent on this roster, is inexcusable to be away from. 

Under Todd Bowles, the Buccaneers havent developed any effective, game changing game plans on defense for 5 seasons, leading to questionable play-calling and constant inconsistency on the field. The team's performance has not lived up to expectations, and the potential of our talented roster is being wasted. According to Pro Football Reference, Bowles has a losing record since taking the role of head coach, which clearly demonstrates the need for a change in leadership. Its gotten so bad that players have started to question his approach to practice. If that's coming out now imagine how much they hate his game plans. 

There are over 30 qualified candidates on the market, all of whom possess the innovative strategies and motivational skills we need. We need someone who understands the dynamics of today's NFL and can foster a winning culture in Tampa Bay once again. Todd Bowles isn't, never was and never will be what this team needs from a head coach, mediocrity is his ceiling and The Tampa Bay community deserves a coach who mirrors our commitment.  Our fan base will not settle for a coach with a talent ceiling the height of a first story window. 

By failing to take decisive action now, we risk coaching becoming so God awfully terrible that were competing for a top 5 draft pick rather then the playoffs for years to come. It's time to be proactive. We urge the Tampa Bay Buccaneers ownership to acknowledge the need for a major transition and to seek a leader who aligns with our aspirations for glory.
