Throughout the entirety of this school year at Marco Island Academy, Mrs. Dolores Cobos has been a source of constant stress and anxiety for her students. Her approach to teaching has been nothing short of overwhelming, characterized by an unnecessary volume of assignments and a demand for an excessive amount of study time. Even as the academic year reaches its conclusion, rather than tapering off, the strain continues to escalate.

Mrs. Cobos' classroom has not been an environment conducive to learning. Her demeanor is consistently negative, and it creates an atmosphere that is uninviting and endears students against the very idea of attending class. Her teaching methods, coupled with an excessive workload, have become borderline abusive, stripping students of their enthusiasm for education and instead, replacing it with dread.

There are numerous accounts from students who feel that their mental health and academic performance have been adversely affected by Mrs. Cobos's teaching style. Her methods do not align with what is effective and nurturing for student learning; rather, they lead to burnout and resentment among the student body.

Removing Mrs. Cobos from her teaching position would serve the best interests of the students at Marco Island Academy. It would allow for a more positive learning environment where students can thrive under supportive and encouraging guidance. Every student deserves a mentor who inspires and uplifts rather than subjects them to unnecessary stress.
