I am writing this petition with a heavy heart as the environment in William penn, has drastically changed since Mr. Saunders took charge. Ever since Mr. Saunders arrived at our school, every sense of enjoyment and community spirit has slowly been drained away. 

In the past, our community thrived with various fun activities that not only uplifted our spirits but also brought us closer together. These activities were more than just entertainment; they were an essential part of our bonding and local culture. However, under Mr. Saunders's leadership, these activities have been systematically stripped away, leaving us with nothing but disillusionment and frustration.

Mr. Saunders has implemented numerous restrictions, and unnecessary extra curricular assignments that many of us find to be without basis, disruptive to our learning capabilities, and frankly, stupid. These restrictions don't seem to serve any constructive purpose and instead, they have stifled the once vibrant community spirit in William Penn.

This change in leadership has not brought about improvement, but rather a decline in morale and community satisfaction. It's clear to many that Mr. Saunders's approach does not align with the values and needs of our community. We need leadership that fosters community engagement, understanding, and the restoration of our cherished activities.

It is with these concerns that we ask for Mr. Saunders to be relieved from his position for the betterment of William Penn. Together, we can work towards reinstating our previous community-friendly practices with leadership who listens to the people.
