I am writing this petition as a plea for help and justice for myself and many other students who have felt uncomfortable and unsafe in our academic environment due to one particular teacher. This teacher with past involvement of pedophilia, continues to cause distress among students, creating an atmosphere that is far from conducive to learning. It is crucial to ensure that this matter is not swept under the rug. 

According to the National Center for Education Statistics, as of 2018, nearly 3.5% of students aged 12-18 reported incidents of sexual misconduct by teachers at school. This isn't just about one classroom; it's about a system that often fails young people and allows such individuals to fester within our education systems. 

Update: The school has brought him back once again for another school year and he is making kids feel unsafe and result to skipping class leading to many students missing his class and feeling unsafe or vulnerable to go back and be met with a disgrace of a teacher. Making inappropriate comments towards minors and showcasing abnormal behavior towards individuals this man needs to be stopped and OUT of our school!!!

We demand a thorough and prompt investigation into these allegations and demand that this teacher be held accountable if found to be abusing his position. Schools should be a place of safety and respite, not fear or discomfort.
