We, the undersigned Norwegian football fans, submit this petition to formally raise concerns regarding the professional conduct and performance of Lise Klaveness, currently serving as President of the Football Association of Norway.

Over the past years, Norway’s National teams didnt perform as expected, we have observed repeated incidents of poor performance and professional misconduct that have had a negative impact on Norwegian Football.

These include, but are not limited to:
1. Norway's Women's World Cup flop -

We feel deep disappointment after a poor showing at the Women's World Cup, including a shocking loss to New Zealand and a disappointing draw with Switzerland. Their performance has been described as disjointed and unconvincing, despite having talented players like Ada Hegerberg. The team's struggles come after a period of internal conflict and a high-profile loss to England at the European Championship. 
2. The VAR U-Turn -

In 2025, when most top Norwegian clubs voted in favor of scrapping VAR, Klaveness and the NFF board nonetheless recommended keeping VAR and put the final vote to the national congress, allowing small clubs with little direct connection to VAR to decide the fate of the technology. We the fans viewed this as undemocratic and contrary to Klaveness previous advocacy for respecting stakeholder voices, her behavior is hypocritical.
These repeated instances of incompetence have resulted in poor performance and team morale issues.

In light of the documented and ongoing nature of these issues, and their continued negative impact on Norway football we respectfully demand that the NFF take decisive action and fire Lise Klaveness ASAP!

We submit this petition in good faith, with the aim of protecting the productivity, integrity, and reputation of Norway football team.
