We the Arizona Cardinals fans are petitioning to have Kliff Kingsbury Head Coach fired from his position effective immediately.  He has proven over the course of several seasons that he lacks the experience and skill set needed to effectively lead an NFL team.  

Kliff Kingsbury has demonstrated the following poor performance trends since he started here in 2019:

• Team is rarely prepared for game day on offense, as their first drives almost always end up as a punt (typically a 3 and out).  This is also evident by the number of times the team has to use a time out to avoid a delay of game penalty because nobody on offense knows what they are supposed do be doing for a given play that’s called.  
• Clock management mistakes are made by Kingsbury almost every game that have cost us games 
• Kingsbury calls very bad plays at the wrong times.  He is widely known by fans (to our dismay) for calling bubble screens on 3rd and long very rarely ending with a first down.
•  The team appears very unmotivated and undisciplined - they give the appearance of a team that doesn’t practice or if they do - not very hard or effective
• Kingsbury has yet to give any real answers or show he has a plan to address the teams issues.  He says almost the exact same thing after every loss.  

It’s time to move on and not waste Kyler Murray’s best years with a bad head coach.  Let’s get someone with winning experience (such as Sean Payton) to help turn this team and culture around.
