John Malone is the board director and chairman of Warner Bros Discovery. But should he really be a board director and chairman of the company?

John Malone is the reason for one of Warner Bros worst downfall!

He allowed an entitled out of touch man like David Zaslav to be in charge and let him do whatever he wants without consequences!

And it is a board directors 'job' to fire a CEO/boss of a multi-billion dollar company if they're doing their job bad and poorly!

But none of that happened yet. John Malone keeps being Zaslav's yes man and sided with him on changing CNN to Fox News and hired Chris Licht in the first place which caused CNN's ratings to drop!

Everything David Zaslav does is destroys everything in his path, caused a successful streaming platform (HBO) Max to lose more subscribers and same goes with Discovery+. And John Malone still doesn't do anything about it or put his foot down, he just encourages Zaslav's unprofessional behavior. 

Warner Bros Discovery has lost $5 billions of dollars and are in crippling debt, way more debt than they already are.

David Zaslav's bad business choices left the company in a horrendous downfall and John Malone still "believes" in him.

John Malone isn't a board director, he is a scab! And David Zaslav is no leader, he is a disconnected denial kook that can't do his job right.

Malone is Zaslav's sugar daddy at this point and always sides with him even though the evidence is in front of him that David Zaslav isn't qualified or capable of running a company like Warner Bros!

These unprofessional out of touch buffoons are gonna keep destroying everything they touch.

So if we want David Zaslav fired we need his yes man John Malone fired first.
