I am a concerned citizen deeply invested in the youth hockey program at Skatium, Fort Myers . This program has been a beacon of hope and growth for many local children and families, including mine. However, Heidi Haas, who currently runs this facility is causing irreparable damage to this beloved institution.

Heidi's management style is questionable at best. She uses her position to fulfill personal vendettas and treats her staff poorly. This behavior not only creates a hostile work environment but also negatively impacts the quality of service provided by the rink.

Furthermore, she lacks proper knowledge on how to run such an establishment effectively. Her decisions are making our city look bad and unfortunately, it seems like nobody in the Parks And Recreation department is taking notice of this issue.

The youth hockey program that once thrived under dedicated leadership now suffers due to Heidi's personal issues with the organization running it. It is disheartening to see such a valuable community resource being mismanaged because of one person's personal agenda.

We cannot stand by while our community resources are being destroyed due to poor leadership and personal vendettas. We demand that Heidi Haas be removed from her position immediately so that we can restore Skatium back into its former glory as an inclusive space for all members of our community.
