The gross disenchantment we now feel stems from the repeated breakdowns we've seen, season after season, under the management of Derek Shelton. It's overwhelmingly clear—the Pirates will never enjoy the glory we've been yearning for with Derek Shelton guiding the ship.

Under Shelton’s management, The Pirates have had a drop in their winning statistics every season. The fan base's disappointment has grown exponentially, mirroring the team's lackluster performances. This cannot continue. I stand with thousands of disheartened Pirates fans—yearning for change, demanding action. Replacing Mr. Shelton is not a mere caprice.
