I am certain that I speak for many retail investors who are tired of David Michery's running of Mullen Automotive. Those of us who have been long in this stock have seen nothing from our investments but loss of value, dilution, reverse split, which David adds wealth by getting stock bonus. Basically, as we lose our value and see our number of shares become reduced via reverse splits, those shares are going into his pocket. ENOUGH!!!

It is time as Stockholders that we ban together and make our voices known to the Board of Directors as well as institutional investors that we are tired of the performance of David Michery.
