As loyal Wings fans, we want to express our concern about how this season is going. It’s been tough watching the team struggle, especially knowing the talent we have. The Wings have great players with so much potential, but something clearly isn’t working. Many fans feel that a change in leadership is necessary.

Chris Koclanes may not be the right fit as head coach. The current strategy, rotation, togetherness, and overall mindset don’t seem to be helping the team grow or compete at the level we know they can. The fans see it, and we’re frustrated.

We all want to see the Wings rise, not sit at the bottom of the league. Thank you for your time, and we hope the organization considers making the changes needed to help this team succeed.
