Fire Briahna Joy Gray for Antisemitic Behavior

Fire Briahna Joy Gray for Antisemitic Behavior
The Issue
I am a relative of Romi Gonen, who was taken hostage from the Nova Music Festival and is still in Gaza. She spoke to her family for the last time on the phone the morning of October 7th.
Rather than shed light on Romi and the plight of the hostages, Briahna Joy Gray (interviewer) consistently minimizes stories about Romi during an interview with Romi's sister, Yarden.
Yarden constantly tries to focus back on her sister: "But let's talk again about my sister, she's a woman. She's 23 years old...you're a woman, you know how it feels like to feel unsafe, to feel like a man can control you..."
Briahna interrupts her and keeps trying to get Yarden to condemn the Israeli government. Briahna completely disregards Yarden's simple desire for her to respect and empathize with Romi as a fellow woman, to support women and women's rights. Instead she brings it back to condemning Israel. Briahna also suggests Israel was to blame for the lack of supplies for hostages, ignoring that hostages often do not receive adequate provisions regardless.
When Yarden says, "Believe all women when they say they got hurt," Briahna visibly rolls her eyes.
This is beyond reproach and deeply disturbing. Such behavior not only disrespects the suffering of hostages and their families but also undermines trust in women's voices and experiences, particularly those affected by conflict and violence.
We demand that Briahna Joy Gray should be held accountable for her actions by being fired from her position. This will send a clear message that antisemitism and disrespect towards victims will not be tolerated. Please sign this petition to stand against antisemitism and support justice for all victims.
