The Chicago Bulls our beloved team has underperformed under head coach Billy Donovan.    He underperformed with the big three in OKC and he is not performing to standards that Chicago Bulls fans deserve.  The contract extension received this year is highly questionable.  It has been frustrating to watch the Bulls lose close games under head coach Billy Donovan.
