Given the current state of the Six Flags chain in regards to: his remarks on the recent earnings call where he stated the guests were of the "kmart and walmart" catagory and how the parks are just a "cheap daycare for teenagers", decreased attendance, low net profits, significant ride closures across the board, poor management, significantly increased pricing chain wide, as well as a varity of other issues we demand he is relieved of his duties and replace with a more competent CEO.
