I am very much pleased to note the number of signatories reached 1422 now. However while comparing to the strength og bank of pensioners it is not even 1 percent.To get the attention of the authorities substantial/majority number of pensioners have to sign the petition.And the attempts by UFBU and retiree organisations have not yeilded the desired results so far.Hence it is now encumbant on bank pensioners in general to see the recourse of their own to get the attention of the central Government.This pettiton through change.org is easy way to connect to the government with online signature.Now problem with the general bank pensioners is that they donot have the knowledge and equipments such as laptop/Internet mobiles.Pensioners having mobiles do not know to sign online. This is the basic reason for lessor number of signatories. Here I also appeal to retiree organisations to advise their members to support this pettition by which substantial pensioners can sign the petition and can put pressure on central Government.
