Disturbing images of the brutal slaying of drivers. Trucks torched, drivers shot and set alight. Is the government doing anything about this? Are these matters investigated and are the perpetrators ever caught and held responsible for their actions? This is murder! First degree murder! 

Do these savages not understand that without transportation you cannot live, you cannot feed your family. The food you put on your table, the clothes you wear, the books you use to educate your children........ all this does not descend from heaven. It gets delivered by transporters, drivers who work long hours to ensure the safe delivery of the essentials you need to survive. 

Mr Mbalula, please take action! Mr President, please take action! This is not a foreign vs SA driver issue. This is an attack on our basic human right to live. These savages shoot first and then ask questions. Will the leaders of these organizations be held responsible for what their members are doing? 

Transporters are left to protect their own assets and the lives of their drivers by adding additional security and escorting vehicles. The consumer ends up paying more for their goods as the transport costs go up.

SA Government, we are pleading with you to please do something about this issue.
