This cause is deeply personal to me because these are women just like how I am a woman. I am fortunate to have rights, and every other woman should be able to have those exact same rights too. We shouldn’t have limited rights and freedom  we deserve as much freedom and equality as possible.

Across the globe, women continue to face systemic discrimination and oppression. Whether it's unequal pay for equal work, limited access to education, or restrictions on bodily autonomy, the barriers women encounter are numerous and deeply ingrained. In some places, women are denied basic rights and even subjected to violence simply for asserting their independence. This is not and should not be acceptable.

According to the World Economic Forum's Global Gender Gap Report, it will take 135.6 years to achieve gender parity if current trends continue. This is an unacceptable time frame. We need to accelerate the push for equality now.

To bring about change, we must hold governments and organizations accountable for ensuring and protecting women's rights. We can start by:

- Demanding legislative reforms that ensure equal pay for equal work and eradicate gender discrimination in workplaces.
- Supporting initiatives that promote access to education for girls and women, particularly in underprivileged areas.
- Advocating for policies that safeguard women's health and reproductive rights, allowing them to make autonomous choices about their own bodies.
- Condemning and taking action against any form of gender-based violence and discrimination, ensuring that perpetrators are brought to justice.

The fight for women's rights is not just a women's issue; it concerns every one of us, regardless of gender. By standing together and voicing our collective dissent, we can create an environment where women everywhere have the freedom to live their lives as they choose, without fear or restriction.
