Hi I’m Becky , and I’m hoping to implement a new law for the safety of our animals and for the illegal dumping that seems to be an ongoing issue in the world. 
My plan is solid and it will change the lives of families and pets!. 

I have been emailing the MP for a new law to be introduced as I’ve come up with a plan how we can help the animals. 
Online all you see is people dumping and selling animals and then they either get abused or abandoned which then leaves the pets in critical condition. Or on death row when found , because there’s just no more spaces left in the shelter. 

Well I’ve come up with a genius solid plan. 
I’ve been thinking and thinking on ways how we can prevent this and make a change and I know that if I can get the followers to join my page and collect all the petition signatures that I need - this will change the lives of not only animals but for the families too. 

New Law will be 

• If an animal is found dumped then there will be either a 5 thousand pound fine,
Or imprisonment for 5 years. 

• When imprisoned they have to work to earn money for that animal they abandoned or sold

• Selling any animal shall be only done via at the vets or rescue shelter 

• Buyer has to bring national insurance ID , and a home address ID (so that if a dog gets dumped - they will get justice) 

• New law will be that every animal brought has to get microchipped there and then when buying at the vets 

• It will be illegal to sell your dogs without proof of change in ownership. 

• If an animal is abused or dumped , said person will not be aloud to own any animals for 5 years after their sentence has been completed. 

• Vets will keep log of buyers , national insurance, and other Identification.

Say a dog is missing for instance the owners have less than 24 hours to report it to the vets  otherwise it will be classed as dumping the animal. Which then will lead to a fine or a jail sentence . 

As a community we should all be doing this , I was looking at the stats and in just 1 year there’s been a 85% increase in volunteers working for free to help keep these babies alive and happy at the shelter. 
The estimated pet population is 9 million dogs and 8 million cats , that means an estimated 44% of household owns a pet. 
Every year there 250,000 animal what have to go to a rescue shelter cause they been dumped.

We can make a difference with this law please sign if you agree to this and let’s get more dogs out of shelters , out of danger on the streets. No more dogs shall be put to sleep due to the fact of no space at rescue centres or kennels!. 

This new law will help maintain the balance of life of these animals.
