Reject the planning application (14/02318/FULL) to develop the Caberfeidh site in Bruce Terrace, Kinghorn and ensure a fair and transparent consultation process with Kinghorn residents
The Issue
This proposed large scale development will adversely effect the character and residential amenity of Kinghorn, a small coastal village. There has been inadequate consultation with Kinghorn residents to seek their views on the design and potential impact of the proposal.
I would ask that all supporters of this petition formally lodge their comments with Fife Council on this proposal as a matter of urgency, quoting the planning application number (14/02318/FULL) and using one of the following methods:
1. By emailing 'development.central@fife.gov.uk
2. Online through the Fife Planning Portal at http://planning.fife.gov.uk/online using the application number above.
3. In writing to 'Fife Council Enterprise, Planning and Protective Services, Kingdom House, Kingdom Avenue, Glenrothes, Fife, KY7 5LY
