"We the undersigned hereby request that the Board of Directors of the Festival of Arts reconsider and reverse their decision to not renew their lease with Tivoli Terrace.
It is our understanding that after more than 40 years of faithful service to the public generally, and to the residents of Laguna Beach specifically, the Board has made a decision and voted to not renew their lease with Tivoli Terrace. Tivoli Terrace and June Neptune have been pillars of the community and cannot be replaced. The citizens of Laguna Beach will suffer irreparable harm if the lease is not renewed.
We believe this decision by the Board is wrong, misguided and needs to be reversed immediately. Thus, we again respectfully request that you reconsider this issue and vote to renew the lease with Tivoli Terrace.
