My son has asthma.  He has had it since he was a toddler.  He has taken daily medication to keep his asthma in check and has not had an asthma attack in over four years.  In fact, his GP was hopeful that he was growing out of it.  However, over the Easter Holidays whilst out in our courtyard shooting hoops and playing with his nerf gun he started to feel ill and his asthma started to flare up.  In the upcoming days, he had full fledge asthma attack and had to see his doctor.  Since then he has had to take four times the dosage of asthma medicine daily.  He missed several days of school and his doctor attributed this attack to the Fernandez Leicester extraction flue which is spewing out smoke, a foul odour and deafening noise twelve hours a day, seven days a week.  Local residents and businesses cannot open their windows, cannot sit on their patios and my son cannot play outside.

Please help local residents and businesses in our shared courtyard that are being adversely affected health-wise and whose daily life is being negatively impacted by the illegal, non-compliant extraction flue that Fernandez Grillhouse has been using. Help us make them put in a system that meets the approved planning application, all health and safety and all government regulatory specifications.
