Did you think they were overreaching and border line harassments?  Did you know that the MUD is trying to slip in a change to our deed restrictions that will allow them to fine you up to $10,000 for deed violations!!

We cannot let this happen to our community!  Every 10 years the deed can be rewritten.  The time has come, 2021!  Tell the Board of directors that we are sick of these frivolous deed restrictions that are up for interpretation.  Let them know that you will not accept changes to the deed without your voice being heard!
