Dear Ms. Neo HuiYin,

We are reaching out once again to seek urgent clarification on this matter and awaiting your response. According to the information you provided earlier, the indicated size for the dog run was 1100 sqm, and we have observed that the fences have already been erected.

When attempting to measure the area using a phone, it appeared to be approximately 626 sqm, possibly because certain spaces were not included (as highlighted in the previous email, marked in AMBER). 

Therefore, we are writing to request your confirmation regarding the actual measurement of the space or dog run area. Additionally, we would like to confirm whether the approved area is truly 1100 sqm or if it is approximately half of that size.

Since this project is still a work in progress, we kindly ask you to consider the possibility of making any necessary adjustments, review with contractors, and corrections if they are feasible.
