Dear Petitioners, 

I received an email confirmation from NPark as follows:

"Dear Kris, Thank you for your emails and Whatsapp messages of 22 June 23 regarding dog run at Surin Avenue Neighbourhood Park. To update, the dog run will be extended to include the area behind the toilet, and to best fit the space. The total area will be approximately 1,100sqm. Please find in map below the indicative location of the dog run. We target to complete the construction of the dog run by end July 23."

I have provided the following response for clarification:

Dear Ms. Neo HuiYin,

We sincerely appreciate your email and would like to express our gratitude for your kind consideration and efforts regarding the request for a space extension.

In this regard, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that there are certain areas (marked in RED) that have not been taken into consideration for the dog run, which may have been intentional, despite the visual indication from the mesh suggesting otherwise (marked in AMBER).

Furthermore, I would like to acknowledge that on the 22nd of June, you initially mentioned an approximate area of 430sqm over WhatsApp (marked in PURPLE), whereas we now observe that you have indicated an area of 1100sqm (marked in GREEN). This information will be conveyed to the petitioners as a part of the regular updates.

Therefore, we kindly request and encourage you to continue reviewing the situation to ensure that the contractor(s) are utilizing the maximum approved space, based on the reported observation.
