Female Civility is an International, Interracial, and Intercultural Initiative. This initiative was created to make a change in cultural and societal perceptions by revising and creating policies  for the advancement of females. The goal is to build a bridge for females globally to be able to make a greater impact worldwide. Females are designed to be sitting at the table and we will compete anyone. Females are the missing piece that is vitally needed around the world for making the desired global impact. Our voice has the sound that resonates security, safety, and substance that the world desperately needs to hear. Our influence as females transcends division and promotes unity. A movement that educates females of every generation on how to be the best individual that they can be. Through education females will understand and maintain the perspective that they were created as a unique voice that the world must hear. We offer attributes of intuition, security, soundness, and substance. The first step to education is identifying those key areas that are broken and breached, and then build a bridge for recovery. Women belong at all tables to collaborate on decisions that will make a global impact. Every female around the world has a voice that must be heard. We want to do our part, mission, and purpose to help make the changes that are needed in our communities, cities, states, and countries. Females should not be in competition for a seat, but women should be in seats at all tables. We desire to occupy our seats, because we possess attributes that intuitively provide balance to a needed for soundness, reason, and substance in the world. We don't desire to take anyone else place, as everyone regardless of status has a part to play, a script to read, and an audience to reach. However, some audiences will not pay attention until they hear a women's voice. Females need to hear, see, and experience other women making decisions and implementing things that are a concern to us for us. We want to function in our own right, capacity, and abilities. I want everyone women in every country to be represented in decision making processes, strategies, and implementation. I want our individual and collective voices to be heard.
