At my work female lifeguards are required to wear one piece bathing suits while on the job, but the males can go shirtless. By having this rule enforced it implies that my company wants females to cover up and not be body confident. I understand that some people would rather wear one pieces but others would rather wear bikinis. We all have stomachs but for some reason girls aren’t allowed to show theirs at work. We have the power to change this rule made by older adults because teens and young adults have the power now.
