When people spend their money on products that need to be shipped they should be able to expect to receive their purchase in a reasonable amount of time and in good condition. The FEDEX Austell distribution center has become a "black hole" for packages. They are frequently late, lost, damaged, or, as many suspect, stolen.

Complaints get canned answers with excuses and no remedy other than picking up the package yourself. Then when you arrive they can't find it. FEDEX provides their shipping customers with the same canned responses and excuses. They often use COVID as an excuse, but their lack of customer service began long before the pandemic. 

FEDEX needs to clearly that we have had enough and will be taking action. That means telling the companies we order from that we will not make a purchase if FEDEX is the sole shipping choice.
