                Hello, I’m asking for your help to shed some light on FedEx’s corrupt company policies and services. I’m taking action to make changes while FedEx twiddles their fingers on the matters. Let’s light a fire under FedEx’s butts!!!!!                                                                   
              Did you know FedEx drivers are not required to show visual proof of delivered packages like other delivery companies! Also the drivers are allowed to sign for your packages for you and leave! While other companies leave an attempted to deliver notice and come back to try again! FedEx is not required to keep a case open for at least 24hours or longer. The drivers are not questioned during an open investigation in regards to lost or damaged packages nor are they held accountable for these incidents.  
Customer service Rep.s also lack the proper training to handle customers situations in an effective and timely manner. FedEx isn’t held responsible for most incidents and step out of the picture when problems occur.     
                 I to was a victim of FedEx’s unacceptable delivery service’s. I ordered 2 Acer Nitro 5 gaming laptops for my 2 kids. The cost was $1,580.34. I had explained to them that this was going to be the big gift they get this year because we can’t afford much this year. Christmas and birthdays will be nothing more than a cake and visiting family on the holidays. They understood and agreed but are torn up now about not receiving anything this year due to our lovely delivery service FedEx!!!!!!!!!!!                                         
                   The packages details stated it was delivered June 5th at 12:14p.m. and signed by a GGG (who in the world is GGG and why would the driver accept that type of signature) the best part is we were home all day and no one came to the door. I called Amazon, the seller, and FedEx and opened a claim which was closed in a few hours and categorized as lost. FedEx sent the pdf form for proof of delivery, the Delivery to; was blank. There was no address on it. It showed signed by GGG that’s all. I was then told to contact the seller and washed their hands of me. 
                   I reached out to my local towns Facebook page to see if this was a bizarre misshapen or a frequent thing. I was shocked to see negative after negative comment. Ranging from deliveries ending up in weird spots for days like the back of a vehicle to packages being lost resulting in the customer loosing $1,800!!! A lady even talked about packages sitting at her house that are not hers which FedEx hasn’t cared to retrieve. Another person came home to a couch sitting on the side of her house that was supposed to go somewhere else. FedEx’s Facebook page held the same responses. FedEx is negatively effecting customers, sellers, and online markets like Amazon, EBay, Wish, etc.. and will continue to do so. Holidays and special occasions will continue to be ruined. People with health needs will continue to miss medicine doses. Perishable products and medicine will go bad. They will cost people more and more of their hard earned money. Companies and sellers will keep loosing merchandise and money, while more products continue to be lost to the land of the unknown.  
                 FedEx needs to make some serious changes in order to start effecting everyone positively. Changes I’d like to see made are as followed; Fedex to require visual proof of delivered packages. Stricter rules and more thorough background checks on drivers and employees to stop theft. Cases to stay open 48hours or longer. A more in depth process for investigations. Drivers to be questioned regarding lost or damaged packages. Termination of employment of drivers who damage or loose packages. Drivers can not sign for customers. Proper training for over the phone customer service Rep.s to assist and handle customers situations more productively. Proper training for drivers to know what to do when situations require more actions than usual with packages. FedEx held responsible for packages at wrong addresses. To retrieve packages at wrong addresses and delivery them to correct addresses in a timely manner. Better pay or benefits for more incentive to do their jobs.
