Yes, the first meeting of Governor Bullock's Commission on December 4th, 2015, the people were told by the Chairperson, Leslie Halligan, a District Court Judge of Missoula, that a website was to be available for the Public to write comments to by December 5th, 2015. That never happened, and, despite emails to Governor Bullock, the head of DPHHS "Richard Opper," and Robert Runkel, asking why their was no such website for Public Comment, nobody replied!!! So today, after diligent research, 4 members of the (Protect Montana Kids Commission) were found by email and they have been forwarded over 120 Comments/Complaints by the public against Montana Department of Child Protective Services. Afterwards, I was informed that there will be the link that was promised last Saturday the 5th, but it won't be available to you.... until next Wed. the 16th of December. We can only hold our breath. But, in the interim, the Chairperson appointed by Gov. Bullock, Judge Leslie (Vining) Halligan of Missoula, as well as others on the board, now have the Comments that you have written in their possession. Again, we can only pray as one, and come together as many to stop the corruption, and often nepotism, favoritism being shoved down our throats by our Governor's selection of a (Circling of Wagons), his chosen board, to protect himself from not doing his job as an elected official. Of What? Why does he need the wagons? Gov. Bullock met with a group at the Capital and said, "There's nothing I can do." Well, I guess he found something he can do...He's attacking a 73 year old grandfather in Great Falls, Montana, by allowing him to be charged for "Contempt," by telling elected official about his grandson being sent to live with a suspected child molester. That grandpa who has suffered numerous heart attacks is being attacked by DFS and the Court in Great Falls, Montana and according to Montana Law, he had the right to speak out. Hey, Governor, suppose you can't stop that either? So where does it stop? So when you allow Montana Citizens to be charged with crimes, though the law permits them the Right to divulge information even to the Press, ie: The Montana Supreme Court has stated in Montana ex rel Missoulian v. Montana Twenty-First Judicial Court that under the State Constitution, “We hold that the right to know extends to receiving any information which pertains to the criminal law process, regardless of whether that information emanates directly from the courthouse or indirectly from those who are participating in the system as law enforcement officers, attorneys, parties or witnesses and who may wish to communicate with the public or the press about the process.” So what is being said here? The Press can divulge facts, then so can we as citizens, as we expose, or communicate with the public about (the Process).
