This is our formal request via email to his office, CC to Richard Opper and Ali Bovington below:
Under the Freedom of Information Act, (FOIA) we have supplied 4 members of the Protect Montana Kids Commission, over 120 Comments and Complaints from Citizens.
Minus of filing suit, we expect that the "Protect Montana Kids Commission," and your office also forward us every Comment and or Complaint for our review, without redaction, or censorship in compliance with FOIA, so voters, families, followers of the Governor's Commission may be aware of the issues involving said Comments. The Public has (The Right to Know.)
We forwarded our list of Comments to the Commission, when the Governor failed to provide this site listed below in his own timely manner, per his Chair person Leslie Hannigan. We expect the same respect and gratitude in return.
We look forward to the Governor adhering to the Freedom of Information Act and complying with our request to receive any and all Comments his Commission receives without redaction, or censorship.
Pray all have a very Merry Christmas, even in the dark of struggles. There is light, so become a beacon.
