It has come to light of late that pigs are being treated inhumanly and faced with terror in the last minutes and seconds of their lives. Evidence suggests that at 20% CO2 levels, the smell is undetectable but due to the fiscal pressure places on abattoirs, pigs are being killed under 80% - 100% causing horrific trauma to them. Eating meat is a choice and it's down to us to be mindful of the conditions of care which these animals are held within. Everything comes with a price we need to be aware of the true cost being paid pigs which are slaughtered in these conditions. Please join us in speaking up for those that don't have a voice.
