Recently widely published recordings of the therapy session and other materials revealed substantial evidence of various criminal acts perpetrated by Amber Heard against her former husband Johnny Depp and possibly his children: ranging from abuse of an intimate partner to assault, life endangerment and possibly perjury during their divorce trial. 

That evidence has sparked wide public interest and outrage evident by the significant number of people supporting different calls for public persecution of Amber Heard, including petitions to relieve her of her roles in upcoming movies and other jobs she holds or might hold. 

However justified or unjustified those calls may be it is my belief that the course of justice in a civilized society should not be left to such public outrage movements or other similar means but to a court of law based in due process and presumption of innocence. 

I believe that it is in the public interest that the claims and evidence be thoroughly examined and investigated and if found credible and sufficient, that Amber Heard be charged and prosecuted in court with full transparency and the means of defence and if found guilty - punished in full accordance with the laws of the United States.
