I want the people who know and did whatever they did to my daughter Jessica Nicole Swenor Stacks to tell the truth and be held accountable for there actions! And Union County Sheriff's Department held accountable for not doing a proper investigation!They found my daughter's boots cut off her feet but didn't see any sign of fowl play! The boyfriend Jerry Wayne Baggett was last tobe seen with her and what he told police they believed everything he said !
