Jack Chapman was well loved by family and his community at large and was pronounced dead under very strange circumstances with Dylan Hafertepan at it’s center. Jack was part of a group that were romantically submissive under Dylan by contract that involved silicone injections that would subsequently be the death of Jack. Jack had been in the hospital prior to his death for weeks without his family knowing (as per said contract) and was immediately cremated leaving Dylan with all of his money. His family and community finding out of his passing much later. More should be done to investigate Jack’s passing, Dylan’s involvement, and this “group” as it may be dangerous for all involved!
