May 23 2018, two drivers aged 17 and 18 drove in Bayshore Boulevard Tampa, FL. Witness Mark Lewis from his SUV behind the two cars testified he saw the young mother Jessica Raubenolt stepped out in front of the oncoming cars, a Nissan Altima and a black Mustang. All the witnesses attested to the loud roaring sound of the Mustang which the mother Jessica seemed to not have heard strangely.

Later on hearing day 8 April 2021, Jessica Raubenolt brother in-law, Bryan Raubenolt disclosed that Lillia's father, David Raubenolt decided to consent to Lillia's organ donation on 26 May 2018, meaning he decided to put Lillia to sleep. Take note that Cameron Herrin was charged for Lillia's death on 25th May when Lillia was still breathing and alive. 

Lillia's father also got an old couple in Ohio to send thank you message to Tampa Chief of Police and the CEO of Tampa General Hospital for their visit to offer condolences. Now why is that? This article was published in 2018. Refer to the article image of this petition.

 Why would two high position officials schedule in time to visit this family from their busy schedule?

In 2020, Nakeeba Ryan struck a 14 year old girl in Tampa on 30 Jan. Asucena mother waited until 4th February to switch off the ventilator and Nakeeba Ryan charges from fleeing the scene was upgraded to VH following her death on 4th Feb. Nakeeba Ryan was never rearrested following Asucena's official death on 4th Feb.

Obituary of Asucena Hernandez stated her passing as 4th Feb 2020. Lillia Raubenolt date of death still missing. There is also mentioned Lillia's organs donated - Lifelink, Lifebanc..yet only a misleading posting showing another little girl Coralyn walk of honor was posted underneath the message that Lillia donated her organs. 

In fact, Nakeeba Ryan was only sentenced to 60 days JAIL whilst Cameron Herrin sentenced to 24 years in State prison.

But Cameron Herrin was arrested on 25th May prior to Lillia's ventilator being switched off.

Media only published Lillia death on 24th May. Further research showed Lillia's maternal uncle, Daniel Reisinger posted on his FB that David decided to put Lillia to sleep on 26 May , which corresponds with paternal uncle impact statement in court.

Lillia's body was "cremated" but more mysteriously, her obituary or her date of death  is nowhere to be found. Only her mother's obituary can be found with her date of death on 23 May 2018. David Raubenolt never once mention Lillia in the press conference furthermore.  Jessica Raubenolt posted on her Instagram that Lillia was diagnosed with MELENA at two months old . Lillia was 21 months old when her mother decided to step out in front of cars on Bayshore Blvd on that fateful morning of 23 May 2018.

A lady by the name of Camelia Lloyd unbuckled Lillia from her stroller and held her when an Army Medic Enrico Serpe described Lillia had some bruising and a SCRAPE on her head. He gave CPR and Lillia's cheeks turned pink.

Also note that there were people who saw the highway footage back in 2018 showing the Nissan struck the victims and Jessica crossing aimlessly. This footage was not presented in court and no longer found anywhere online.

 2)Witnesses who held her mentioned scrape and she was breathing fine. Her stroller was intact. 

3) Why CEO of Tampa General Hospital visited the family and not Asucena Hernandez family? 

4) is there possible medical fraud or malpractice?

5)Why David Raubenolt specifically thanked TGH for not saving his wife and Lillia? 

6) Why uncle John Reisinger raised funds to take care of TGH staffs lunch with pizzas delivery when he is not even an employee in TGH in year 2021 after Cameron Herrin's sentence?
