Fox News has proven time and again that as a company it is not interested in reporting accurate news, but rather falsified and fabricated information. A simple Google search reveals more Fox News controversies and lies than any single person would wish to wade through. Perhaps the most damaging of these falsifications are the multiple accounts of photo and video manipulation. 
     In lieu of recent events, Fox News has been caught doctoring images of CHAZ, or Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone, in Washington state, which has proven to be a perfectly peaceful community. Specifically, an image was manipulated to portray a man armed with an assault rifle. Not only is this irresponsible and dishonest journalism, but it incites violence and poses a threat to this community. 
     The FCC, or Federal Communications Commission, is being asked to review and potentially revoke Fox New’s broadcasting license and refuse future renewal until Fox News has been reformed. The FCC has specific written rules barring licensed parties from “knowingly broadcasting false information.” 
     It is imperative in this era and age to have accurate information for ones own safety and the safety of others. Fox News is directly threatening that safety.
