The Coronavirus has just landed officially in Lexington, Kentucky. The Coronavirus can take on average 5 days before it starts showing symptoms. This means that any people could be carrying the Virus and not even know it. Because of this Fayette County Public Schools should call off school for at least five days so that we can lower the risk of students receiving the virus. Since the virus is extremely contagious it is very well possible that it could already be in schools in the City. because of how the virus hasn't been around very long and we do not know the very long term effects of the virus it could be that the people who do recover have serious long term issues because of the virus that could cause them issues for the rest of their life. The Coronavirus should not be dismissed from the attention of the average person because there could still be many implications from this disease.
